1. To be considered to win a free website, the applicant must like Tesla Media Worx Facebook page.
  2. All information you provide is confidential and will not be sold. However, you are giving Tesla Media Worx permission to contact you by phone, mobile phone, mail, and or email.
  3. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
  4. Must own a business
  5. Limit one entry per organization per quarter.
  6. The winner will be randomly  chosen by Tesla Media Worx.
  7. Odds of winning depend on number of contest entries.
  8. The winner will be notified via their provided email address.
  9. The winner have 3 business days to respond to the email notification to claim their prize.  Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of said prize. In the event that a winner forfeits their prize a new applicant will be selected in their place.
  10. Applicants may not win more than once.
  11. This contest cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts.
  12. The website give away prize will consist of one free theme WordPress website valued at $1500 or less. No replacements products or substitutions allowed.
  13. Winner may add on additional features and/or services that are not included in this offering for an additional fee. Costs of additional features/services can be provided upon request.
  14. The winner consents to providing a photo for promotional purposes. This photo and the website created by Tesla Media Worx can and will be used in print, social media, online media, and television.
  15. Winner will be responsible for all website copy, content, and images.
  16. Any royalty based images and/or hosting based fees may apply.
  17. Failure to meet any of the requirements outlined in this document disqualifies the winner from the contest. The winner also forfeits their prize and a new contestant name is selected.
